How to apply
Step 01
Twice a week, swipe the applicator evenly over clean, dry lashes and brows until fully coated.Leave on for at least 15 minutes, or until product dries.
Step 02
Apply warm water on lashes and brows, continuing to soak until product begins to loosen or release from the hair.
Step 03
Use comb side of the applicator to remove the masque gently from the lashes and brows. Repeat until product is fully removed.To clean comb, use anti-bacterial soap and warm water. Let dry naturally. Do not sanitize with alcohol or any other chemical sterilizer.

What is the expiry on Lash & Brow Masque?
Unopened, Lash & Brow Masque has a 36-month shelf life. Once it is opened, however, we advise disposing of it after 6 months if you have not already used the entirety of the product.
Can you use Lash & Brow Masque with lash extensions?
We do not recommend using Lash & Brow Masque while you are wearing lash extensions. While the formula itself is oil-free and would not compromise the glue of the extensions, typically less is more when caring for them.

Can you use Lash & Brow Masque with a lash lift and/or brow lamination?
Yes! For the first 24 hours after services, lashes and brows should not be touched with anything, not even water. Thereafter, Lash & Brow Masque can be used as directed, to help enhance the results of these services.
Do you have to use the comb to remove the product?
While we recommend using the comb to remove product, as well as to protect lashes and brows from damage, alternatively, you can generously wet a washcloth, cotton round, or facial sponge with warm water and apply to lashes and brows, continuing to soak until the product begins to loosen or release from the hair (about a minute). Using the washcloth/cotton round/facial sponge, gently wipe away product from the eye area and face until clean. Do not pull or tug at lashes and brows to remove product, as this can be very damaging.
Isn’t there cross-contamination when using it on my lashes and brows?
There is no reason to be concerned about cross-contamination when using the applicators on both your own lashes and brows due to the preservative system. In a treatment setting, of course, we would advise using disposable lash spoolies for each treatment.
Can you leave the Lash & Brow Masque on overnight?
We do not recommend leaving the Lash & Brow Masque on overnight. Fifteen minutes (or until product dries fully) is an ideal length of time to allow the ingredients to work on repairing lashes and brows.
Can you use Lash & Brow Masque daily?
While we recommend using our Lash & Brow Masque at least twice per week, there would be no risk in using it daily.
Can you wear Lash & Brow Masque while in the shower?
Because water and steam can loosen the formula, preventing the tubes from fully forming and enveloping the lashes and brows to properly deliver the restorative ingredients, we would not recommend use of this product while in the shower. It is best to maintain a dry environment while wearing the masque.
Is Lash & Brow Masque safe for contact lens wearers?
Yes! When applied per the directions and avoiding contact with the eye, this product is safe for contact lens wearers.
